I would say NC Wake Boats has some of the best customer service of any company I have worked with. They are responsive, return calls and take the time to ensure you have the information you need. More companies should take lessons. The knowledge the NC Wake Boat team has second to to none. It was nice to work with a group who understands the products they sell as well as being able to discuss differences between different products. The attention to detail whether it be the boat, equipment or financing was outstanding. The credit application and purchase process was made easy and appreciate the process they follow. If you are looking for a great buying experience with a really caring and knowledgeable team I highly recommend NC Wake Boats.
